Permission Denied?

I was downloading a game when it froze and the status turned black

when I try to reconnect to resume it keeps saying permission denied after I click to save with the light on grey.

Why is this happening is there anything I can do other than restartthe download from the beginning again

I'm not having a problem with any other torrent

you prolly have to register on the specific tracker that it is using

Or the tracker may be down ;)
