a good site for themes is wincustomize.com

they have themes for different icon progs

yea, i use those 2 sites. i'm looking for that cool lookin side bar thing

try searching for something like longhorn side bar on wincustomize

Check the system icon in the bottom-left - The desktop is using Stardock DesktopX, possibly DX2.
