Nero Disk Burning Help

i dont know alot about computers so please bare with me........
im trying to burn audio files but when i click burn, it says ROM is in use by another application, what does that mean exactly i dont understand it it just keeps ejecting the disk. Is there some settings i need to cahnge?

I think this was an error in an eariler version have you updated it yet?

is htere an "easy cd creador" version that really works? ive downloaded like 4 copies but all are damaged files

Go into Nero StartSmart and click on the 'NERO' logo at the topleft. Then click 'check for updates'.
