iv copied the dvd on to my hard drive now do i need a blank dvd-r put into my cd re writer and it will burn it without a dvd burner?

no, you can only burn dvds on a dvd burner

but you can convert your movie to vcd, svcd, kvcd. Then it will go on a cd

thanx m8 dint want to go and buy a dvd-r and make a fool out of my self
