I came across this site http://k-lite-legal.com/ and it claims that it is fully legal????? If this is BS dont worry about it but why dont we just distibute a copy around between us and then none of us have to worry about goin to court, if its legit that is.

That is probably some Dialer. You should take care of this tool they really could download on your HD and then you dialin via a expensive pay service or so.
