Best Ftp Program?

Hey I'm looking for a decent FTP program. I've been through a few of them but I'm looking for a keeper,

Oh and muchspl2 I already have Cuteftp XP and for some reason I find it cumbersome....guess it's because I have a beta version or something like that.
