Nav Instant Messenger

I noticed NAV 2003 Pro has a option to protect against instant messenger but the option on the radio buttons are greyed out how do i enable them?

just a few thoughts...

the symantec site mentions that if you are using MSN messenger and it is version 5.0, it is not supported - not sure if this applies, but hey, it might help.

also, the following link talks about enabling/disabling the option, and mentions that you have to completely close the IM program before trying to enable the protection:

Uh huh, the only one instant messenger nav2003 can protect is yahoo. Stupid though, that symantec use the &#39;instant messaging scanner&#39; as a &#39;new feature&#39; when it dont work..... <_<
