Kvcd Question

Hey i downloaded the movie The Rundown its filename is
rundown-code9-kvcd-proper.bin
but i dont know what to do with it nowand is it the whole movie? it was 798.53 MB will i be able to burn this to disk?

yes it will fit on 1 cd, most of the kvcd's I make or 800 to 825mb and all fit on 1 cd
