I had problems using Nortan antivirus 2003 i think it was and had to format my hard drive to fix it but thats probably because i downloaded it off of kazaa lite. Anyway now i use mcafee 8.0 and its working great for me :)

No problems using Norton Internet Security (NIS) 2003 here.
The only version I have tried and kept. The first Symantec product that has lasted more than a fortnight on any of my systems.

This is better than nav 2003. Just install it, and its better on your resourses than nav03.

Try avast! (http://www.avast.com/index.html). The home version is free . It found trojans and spyware immediatly on installation which neither AVG or Adaware found.

Very regular updates, great interface. With a support forum on their website!!!
