No-cd Cracks

Hey guys, just wondering if anybody knows hot to make a no-cd crack? I hate having to go and download them whenever i need one. I have heard bits and pieces of hnow, but i would plz like a full explanation.

u'd have to edit the original exe file's "internal organs" to make it think that a cd is already in there. r u sure u want to do this? it's not that easy
