Is there any Hubs there taht allow them to connect?

I am personally definetly not a Leecher ( I share about 8 Gigs of data on Kazaa) but one thing that DC is famous for is the ridicilus requirements to access the goodies&#33;. On Kazza there is a possibility to be a Leecher. I am just curious if there is Leechers on DC too that connects to Hubs that allow them?
