When I try to view a website with like a little pciture there is a X there. I tried to do EVERYTHING enabling cookies disvaling them. Anyone have any Idea or can help me? Also how do you Enable Task Massenger for XP..

Task Massenger?
Do you mean Task Manager? You can press Ctrl +Alt+del to bring it up.

Do you have firewall? Zonealarm? It can block your animations and images to load if you dont have a correct settings.

So you dont see any images on this board? If you do then it may not be a settings problem. That site must have had a bad link to images.
