Tmpgenc Audio Problems

please help me-just reinstalled TMPGenc again after trying a different program and i cant seem to get it to work like before

basically trying to encode OUT OF TIME, new denzal washington film from AVI 2 MPEG, im using the VIDEO CD PAL template as before with the setting on SYSTEM(video+audio) which i 'think' was the setting before! now my problem is after the encode there is still no audio!!! the audio content is showing up like normal when you set the encode up!

can somebody guide me on how i can fix this? have i not set it up right?

forgot to mention! when i abort encoding after say 5% to check if the audio is working i get an error saying ''invalid pointer operation'' if that means anything??

you need to extract audio from the file...get virtualdub and then load ur movie..then on file hit save wav and then in tmpeg use that wav as audio
