who can tell me a good, and i cant stress that enough, good rpg to play. ive killed the ff, tales of destinies, and im currently playing star ocean 2. but i dont rate it.

its not repetative is it like dmc, meaning is there loads of moves and is there always something new happening

u r the first person i know whose played it (the one with the craymels and stuff) im an rpg lover and once i complete one im usally glad to see the back of the game, but this game ive played 3 times and there was more to find out each time. took me around 700 hours at a time

i rate this game 10 out of 10 :D
and that score doesent come lightly with my views

Sadly I haven&#39;t finished the game as yet. :(

I made it to the second disc but had problems because the dude that lent it to me never gave me the second one. But I can still rate it based on the experiences I came across with the first disc. I love the battle system and various locales and especially the different Craymels. Overall, I would give it a 9.5.



And I know what you mean about rpgs. I absolutely LOVE RPGs. :D

My personal favorite series are Final Fantasy (as you can see it is my absolute favorite :D), Wild Arms, Xenogears/Xenosaga, Suikoden, Kingdom Hearts and the Chrono series. I can go on and on but it&#39;s best I stop there. :lol:

Play it more, you will like it. The graphics might not be the best but it fits. There are several different characters you can get (some if you get one you can&#39;t get the other). You can even beat the game with just Claud/Rena.

I love the battle system. It&#39;s real time-ness and ability to move around the field are cool. Doing 100+ combos are pretty fun too :lol:. The max level you can get is like 255...

The item system and ability system are pretty cool too. You can make your own items and that. You can even make fake checks or pickpocket NPCs. Though this will lower your rating with the other party members...

The final, extra, secret dungeon is the hardest I&#39;ve ever seen in any RPG. It&#39;s over 20 levels and each has some weird puzzle/maze in it >_<. There are some enemies you will battle that deal a shit load of damage to you, but you only do 1 damage to them if you don&#39;t have the right weapon equiped and they sometimes come in groups of up to 20 or so. So it&#39;s either take your chances and get fucked, or equip a character with the right weapon that&#39;s innaffective to any other enemy. Everyone needs to be level 255 to beat this dungeon O_O

Overall, I give it an 8/10 because the story is just a tad bit lacking. Other than that, everything else rocks. I hope Star Ocean Till the End of Time is just as good :D

u can find that a lot with rpgs its just a matter of getting into em.:rolleyes:

Tell me a good rpg for PC. Almos all PC RPG are like you are in mediabal age an looks terrible with bad game play and the characters looks small. If there is a better one tell me to get it. Dont tell me FInal Fantasy XI online

Yes. I was playing a browser based mmpog about a year ago called Planetarion.
There was a huge buzz in that game&#39;s community about EVE online.
It was supposed to be a 3D game, unrelated but similar to Planetarion that involved gathering resources, trade partnerships, forging alliances and interstellar war.
The drawback was that EVE was to be monthly pay to play, with a broadband connection as a minimum requirement.
So me and my 56K didn&#39;t bother. I checked out the screenshots while it was in the late beta stages, though. Very nice.
