Cant Get File To Play, Need Help!

I just downloaded a neon evangelion movie, and now it wont play at all!!
It 'official' file name is -NGE-remastered_-_Death_and_Rebirth[A2000A](divx-ac3)[B0AA4C06].ogm- Any help would be appreciated........I NEED THIS
