There are a lot of reg cleaners...try This (http://mrswizard.com/reg_cleaner.htm) thats the one I use...

It searches the registry and shows you registry entries that are old and u can choose to leave them or delete them and each one has a pretty good description of what it is but as always backup first and make sure not to delete any ur not sure about.
