I Messed Somethin Up...

I opened up my ps2 to clean the inside, mainly the lense. (pos read disc error) and i slipped and rotated this white dial. I put it back in its original spot but it wont read the discs very good. Ive only tried 2 dvd games and a cd game and the only one that booted was the cd disc. I had to stand it up veritcally. Here are some pics of where the thing-a-ma-bob was.

xplay talked about this once but i cant rember it sry. Atleast we know people have fixed it. i think. :(

im pretty sure it has something to do with the angle that the lens is at. I treid a whole of diff angles but no luck

so that's wat a ps2 looks like. is all that white stuff a huge heatsink? wow, so much heat and still shitty graphx. lol. wow!

I got it to work, i guess just sh*t luck. Thanks for the sites ill check them out in alittle bit. I guess i managed to get the dial perfectly on the notch it was on before i hit it. :01:
