Workout Vids

Does Kazaa have alot of workout vids (Power 90 (Beach Body), yoga, etc.)? Do you know any other file sharing program that have alot of these vids?

you would have to be very lucky to find anything like that on any filesharing application i would reccomend copying one from the shop or something :)

and those guys from muscle mag pumping iron
I have a great 8 minute ab workout..search for 8 minute abs

there's winsor pilates on kazaa. got it a while ago. and it's in mpg. so u don't have to convert to burn to vcd. i don't feel like making a link rite now
