Newb Help Flt Halo To Disc

ok im new to this have read as much as i can and have done this:

downloaded Flt.Halo.exe renamed to Flt.Halo.bin

loaded it into CDMage , extracted image to Temp .

now i have this file : flt Halo Track 1 Mode 1-2352.tao

now what the heck i do now ,i'm pulling mi hair out ,help while i still have some left sigh :)

how do i get a working disk i can install from?

um... just mount it with alcohol 120 or burn it with alcohol 120........
