I need someones help urgently!
I am downloading a huge file from kazaa and accidently cancelled it. I was about 150mb into it. Im only on a 56k connection so thats like 6months work. :banghead: I want to somehow retreive the partial file. it is no longer in the shared file folder and it didn't go to recyle bin so how can i get it back???help please...someone

u need a data recovery program, just go to download.com in type in the name data recovery

Dial up will be what the 56k connection was he referred to, so I can understand the frustration of downloading at around 3Kb/s and then losing the file or downloading a fake (thank god those days have gone)

Do you mean the days of dial-up or fake files have gone...?
cause the fake files are here to stay..i assure you of that

dial up - he is :(

data recovery sounds good - as I heared if you delete file also by empty the trash,
there is still a trace of the file on your hard disk - If you really want to delete a file,
you should write several times on this sector.

I would not say these days have gone - as I am using dialup :( 64k.
