Because the people that caught you with the movie don't care about your musicfiles.Just as the RIAA(or others) don't care about the movies you dl'ed.
Each have their own department.

What version of kazza you using? get kazza lite if you haven't got it, also make sure your IP blocker is up to date & get a piece of software called peerguardian from the next, just adds extra protection when you on kazza. I think you get it from kazaa's webby site.


Other than that, nothing more you can do i think....
