where can i look which supernode i should take????

You go on Tools, Kazupernodes and choose the supernode which has the lowest response time (preferably zero) and is in the area/country which is nearest to you. ;)

Do what I did don't stay at home go all over I got alot from the US and Canada then came back to UK the fastest I got was from Sweden.

Took me 10 hours on 1meg/256 connection.
