Startup Items

Hello, I usually use MSCONFIG to set which programs I like to come on at startup, but I was wondering if there was a way to set the order that the programs load. If you know how, please tell me. Thanks.

Yeah, I googled too. I found the same site and tried that program. It didn't work. Simply put. I set the order, and when I restarted everything loaded in the same order. I tried a different program that screwed up all startup options. I was wondering if someone knew a way without using an external program or with a program that they can verify works. Thanks.
