Has anybody seen or felt the Rays of this yellow warm groovy object recently?

It was last seen here, about 4 months ago.
I am starting to forget what it was about

http://www.umich.edu/~oseh/snow.gif is my current reality, so while there's a period of "really bright," it's not warm. Or seen. Unless it somehow turns into a cold-giver, because I really want to blame something for the -20C right now. ;)

No rain in Austin for the entire month of November. I'd say that we're prety close.
