What? I have just typed in www.symantec.com and it loaded a page with all the files I am sharing on Kazaa. I type in www.symantec.co.uk and it brings me a blank screen. Doesn't this site work, and can someone explain why my files where listed?

oh ok

Is there a way to fix that? Also, I wanna get Norton Disk Repair, I heard you can get it from Norton System Works. Is there a way to get it seperately?

Disk Repair is in the package when you get System Works. (Try searching on kazaa for Norton Disk Repair you might get it from there if someone is sharing all the setup files)

For your original problem it seems like you did get infeceted by a virus. I am not sure which one it is. Do you have any antivirus? Update the virus definitions and do a complete scan.

I will try do a search for it. I have NA 2k4 pro. I'll do a system scan now.

I did a search, just found adware, deleted them, still didn't help.

hmm. What browser are u using? I hope its not some kind of plugin in the browser to show shared folder. Also what shared folder it is? Kazaa Shared folder or Network shared folder?

Maybe we should move this thread to Software World for more people to look at this problem.

It's Internet Explorer that I use. It takes me to my Kazaa Shared Folder.

There are plenty of viruses on kazaa which have tried in the past to make kazaa as a homepage and change few things. It could be one of them. So you updated your virus definition files and did a complete scan and found nothing?

Do you have adaware and spybot? Do a scan with spybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=home), i think it might catch at least the reg entries where its been done.

edit your host file.

http://www.google.com.au/search?q=cache:7_...&hl=en&ie=UTF-8 (http://www.google.com.au/search?q=cache:7_zdMaZOt5cJ:www.accs-net.com/hosts/what_is_hosts.html+host+file&hl=en&ie=UTF-8)

kaaza lite or some add on used to mess that up.
