i hav downloaded some of the frinds series and all i hav is the sound and no image. Why ?

Could be a corrupted or fake file.
Try Videolan (http://www.videolan.org/) to play the file.
If you still have no image,only sound the file is only good for deletion.

Before you delete it, ensure you have the latest codecs... they could have been encoded with DivX technology. Try the K-Lite Codec Pack.

Chances are if you have sound and no pic then its just a codec issue so follow the advise above. Links for what you need are in my sig.
