I download both cd images and installed the game with no problems. When i start the game I see the logo eidos and then the screen goes black. Does anybody have any ideas why this happen?

Copy the crack from a folder on one of the CDs. Have a look around, its a .exe file with the same name as the game .exe.

After you have found it copy over the original game .exe with it.

I don't think he/she needs a crack Mad Cat. ELQBA said the game gets to the Eidos Interactive logo screen, and then it just goes black. He also didn't say anything about a "Please insert CD" message.

ELQBA, you could try updating your video drivers...

I've had that happen to me without a game crack, so it was worth a try.

Thinking about it now it does sound like a video problem.

Then try the settings of your Vid Card.
If you just installed it the defaults are still ON....

Go to the setting of you card and then Advanced.
Maybe try some (logic settings) like 3d and/or Open GL settings.
You can always load the defaults again.

Try that!
