Step 1: Download Logon Studio (http://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/download.html)

Step 2: Visit Logons Studio Skins database (http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=26)

Step 3: edit one of the skins that you downloaded, the skin is in C:&#092;Program Files&#092;WinCustomize&#092;LogonStudio&#092; <name of skin>
