Important Question

Ok i'm not hte most informed user here so i feel pretty stupid asking this.

Whenever there is a file posted on these boards, like in movieworld, i click on them and it says a file has been created or somethign to that sort. I don't know where to go from there. I mean , it hasnt been download or anything, its not in the traffic window either, so, what?

Also, can someone explain nodes and supernodes to me please. Or at least gimme a link to somehting that does explain these.
