Pop Up Ads

Recently i had to re-install windows, since then i've been inundated with pop up ads when im on the net. I've got ad-aware and i've deleted all my history, cookies and internet files but that didn't help.
On task manager, the ad comes up as a 'messenger service'.

Can anyone help, thanks.

A friend told me this anti-spyware can detect more things than spybot and ad-aware, i cannot guarantee u anything but...
