I have decided to give up alcohol for a month just to prove to my self that I can but f*ck it's boring, I usually go out for drinks once or twice a week but now I have to stay sober :(
I was just wondering how much you guys drink every week/month and if you think you are drinking to much
Good move and good luck ;)

I've been sober and not smoking for a week now...bored shitless but I feel really healthy.
I might carry on the non-smoking but the drinking...

As I've aged, I find that I only drink on special occasions.
Today I'm celebrating...ah...erm...well, Sunday, I guess.
And football.

I'm drinking to celebrate a rather liberating bowel movement.
Yesterday, I drank like a fish celebrating a perfectly browned piece of toast.
