Quake 3 Arena Crc Error...

I just dl the 480MB verified Quake III Arena Full + Mulitplayer file and got the following message when I tried to extract it with winzip, "bad CRC 92295ea2 (should be c6554342)". Is there anyway I can fix this or is this a lost cause?

Thought I'd add this link if you've had the same problems as me with other files. Worked a treat for me.
