What version of system mech 3.7 ? Run all the tools like get rid of junk files, then clean up your tracks, purge invalid installers.Word of advice dont touch Duplicate file,s cleaner It messes with your dll files can screw you up.Then download regcleaner . Anouther good program is necrofile .http://members.aol.com/programmers/nfinfo.htm
Necrofile will cleanup all the deleted files on your computer . Bare in mind it can run for days on a large harddrive [60 gb]. But can reclaim a lot of space. It runs a serires of 1, & o,s to over write your free space . But leaves your files intack

The best solution is to backup your important data and re-format the drive. This way you get rid of all the crap.

I would recommend re-formating once every 6 months or so.
