Ms Word Freezes Up When Inserting Clipart

Just recently my MS Word 2002 has been FREEZING.
When I try to insert clip art it freezes up... :angry:

did you installed the 2 or 3 service packs?

if not do a windows update for office

there has been recent problems with ms word mainly due to a expired verisign root certificate.

still adding the service packs would be a smart move as well.

I've downloaded the updates...
How do I get Service Pack 2 or 3?

Hi again,
It turns out that I need a file called "proplus.msi" to finish the installation....

BUT

I cannot find that file on my system.

BTW I got my Office Package from Kazzalite :huh:

So, I don't know if I have that file on my computer. I did a search for it and nothing came up!
