View Full Version : Program To Organize Start Menu?
OK.... is there a good program to organize the Start Menu shortcuts? My start menu is just a mess and I want to organize it. However, I don't like to do it through Windows Explorer, since I have to go through All Users and my username to organize them correctly.
Any program around that can help me?
Thanks :)
are you using the xp version or the classic version?
I dont quit see the difficulties in "organizing it" - you do know that you can drag the items - as in move them by holding the right clik and moving it.
Its a mess because you probably dont designate the place or folder where to put the newly installed shortcuts.
I have mine set up in these folders,

Grfx
Audio
Reg
Web
Base
Office
Gamz

Heh, I organise mine into folders too. :)
Don't ya just love the way M$ groups everything Windows into the 'Acessories' folder?
I used to re-organise the M$ default links into my own folders but got fed up of them reappearing after using the Add/Remove Windows Stuff applet.
While I'm at it, does anyone have any idea why M$ consider their Character Map utility to be a System Tool?
