Cannot Activate Nav Pro 2004

I can't put in my Key. When I do, the next button is greyed out and I can't continue.

Ok guys, heres the solution, just get off line, then register by phone, and your keygen should have the phone challenge thingy, put in the phone challenge number and you'll get the key or whatever that was generated by the phone number challenege thingy.

i have that activate by phone thing but where do i enter it in the Key-Gen

u need to have something in the key gen called the phone challenge code .. u put it in the key gen to get the activation key

I'd just stick to Norton Antivirus 2003 Professional. I tried NIS 2004 and it half installed then died. So I uninstalled it and put on Norton 2k4 and it did the same thing. I had to reformat and everything. I just stick to Norton 2003 Pro now ;)

I don't need a key for NAV software. It is a trial version. I guess I have to download the CD rip version.

I don't know, but perhaps youv'e tried inputting an incorrect key too many times and it has permanently locked you out??? (not sure about this point)

i think u will need to uninsall it and delete the directory from the program files after u uninsall it and then try a clean installation while ur connection is disabled !!!! that means disabling Networkings hardware (Lan card .. etc) and use the key gen

when i dled it, it came with a millenium group keygen, it had the serial, and phone activation serial, try that

I would advice to uninstall NAV 2004 PRO and Symantec Update and then download the verified version by Formula1 here on the forum which is a 49MB zip file that contains both NAV 2004 PRO and the KeyGen with instructions plus an extra crack that will give free virus definitions updates untill the year 2029.

This is how you install NAV 2004 PRO:

Disconnect from Internet(best to pull the plug physically)
UnZIp the file
Run the KeyGen to get CD label Code write it down on paper.
Close Keygen
Run the NAV SETUP installer icon And follow the onscreen instructions if you like you can let NAV 2004 PRO do a basic scan of HD before installing to check for viruses but this can take some time so be patient if you use that option. When prompted insert te Serial you wrote down.

Do not run the Activation during installation instead select to do that later.

After you have finished installing exit NAV and restart your computer.

Open up NAV 2004 PRO and while still disconnected from the net do the activation procedure. NAV will attempt several times to connect to Symantecs servers after several tries it will give you some options one is to do it by phone select that option and you will see a code.

Open the Keygenerator again and insert the code into the Phone Challenge fields

Then click the second generate button next to the About button. The phone challenge code will be generated. Insert that one in NAV 2004. Click OK(Or Activate do not remember exactly the name of the button) and NAV 2004 PRO will now be activated and fully usable for 1 year. At a later time you can then use the other included crack to extend Live Update untill 2029 but I have not used it yeat since it is uneccessary to do it right away so I do not know if that one will work but probably it will.

Here is the precise instructions from the Read Me file included with the Keygen:

Mayby your download got corrupt try to download a new copy and hopefully no missing bits will be the result&#33;.

But before attempting that you can also try to use WinZip instead of WinRar and see if that will open it&#33;.

Never had bad software from kazaa or k-lite (FT network <_<). I got my first WinXP copy from FastTrack and it wasn&#39;t a verified, it was a regular search.

It&#39;s about KNOWING what to download ;)

If so there is no NFO file instead there is simple readme text files in it instead that I have taken the content out of and wrote down in my previous post that explain how to perform the installation without getting caught&#33;.

And I tried that link, first of all the verified (which I downloaded again) was still corrupt and the link is "broken or out of date". I can&#39;t find that page with the verified from formula1.

The file on this actual post didn&#39;t work, I downloaded it about 3 times, the same file in all the downloads were corrpt. I found it in the verified section (I found formula1 post) and the file is ok. Now I will follow your instructions and install the file.

When installing, it searches the floppy drive and then says the "Norton Antivirus 2004 Proffessional Installation has failed. Do you want to try to install again?", I&#39;ve restarted and tried but still get the same problem. Any help anyone?

I&#39;ve downloaqded it and I am now getting the corrupt file message again. It is the PCA_HOST.msi that is the problem.

I got a fixed PCA _HOST from the formula1 verified that I have already downloaded. I put it in that directory, carried on with the unzip and tried to install again. The same thing happens, it searches my floppy drive and it says that installation has failed.

That directory that you mentioned, did you replace the existing file??
Also, did you place it in the support directory...

Free online trojan scan (http://www.trojanscan.com/)

You need to unzip the file then replace the .msi file.
If you replace and then unzip, you will be back to the original msi file.
