Problems With Anime Series

I'm trying to burn the .Hack//Sign episodes over to a cd, the problem is that the movie dosen't work, only the sound. Anyone who can help me here?

Might be a codec u need try the xvid. (http://files.xvid.org/downloads/xvidcore-1.0.0-beta3.zip) codec it works.
