can someone w/o winrar still open an sfx rar?
i mean, it is self extracting..... :unsure:

askin cause i spent the morning raring some albums,
but not everyone's got winrar
(dont know why, thought i was the last person in the world to finally get it,
but seeing as how theres still rar questions popping up on the board.....)

anyway, just thought i'd stop what i was doing and double check :D
(would like for the albums to be available to all :) )

still a work in progress, but got a few AC/DC, Zeppelin and Bone Thugs albums so far (and some Aerosmith, Def Leppard, Scorpions, Iron Maiden)
only maybe 10 or 15 albums so far
but i got sh*tloads of albums that still need to be ripped :(
gonna take a while :lol:

want to rar em all (or i could zip em, dont matter)
so that way i can share em and still keep my file count down in emule
(some servers are supposed to not like huge file counts,
even though i havent been blacklisted yet)

anyway, started rarin em for some reason :unsure: :lol:
then i thought, well, not every1's got winrar :lol:

anyway, they'll be on klite too, use the same folder for sharing,
if i ever connect to klite again, gotta find a way to run em both
upload b/w takes a dive when i run em both, no matter what the limits are
gonna have to hunt down netlimiter i guess :(
or else can klite and just post ed2k hashes........
like i said, still workin on it :)

if it is self extracting then you do not need win rar installed

i know you can do this with winzip but you get an exe at the end of it.

How about a nice high quality rip of fear of the dark from iron maiden mate?

Mine was snaped to pieces recently.....qutie afew cds anyway the bitch. :)

@ 4play - yeah, you can make em in winrar
it gives ya the option when you create an archive :)
