Interesting idea...looks like a pretty clean installation, but "coolest case mod ever"?

Yea the case has nothing special...just the people over there, but that's no major modding.

I like MST 3000, so it's at least a cool mod in that, but it's not really the coolest mod ever, but definitely a cool idea.

And I've seen the Teddy bear mod too, they used the mini-itx boards to create it, wasn't a powerful pc, only 800mhz, but still its cute.

Here’s the link, if you want to see the pics of it

I too, am a MST3K fan and he gets big points for having Crow and Tom Servo on his machine.
It's not possible to tell if that's Joel in the middle though... more points if it is.

Plus, the small LCD screen is a MOD at the very least, if not just cool.

Well, pretty much the only sci-fi/comedy show ever.
Who would have ever imagined that sitting around the tube, getting stoned and ragging back at the screen could turn into a career?

That show has more great lines per minute than Sienfeld had in it's whole run.
My favorite from Tom Servo..."I was abused as a zygote..."

Hello!

This is what I call Modding taken to its most extreme form made by a true artist who do work for the movie industry:

This as you probably know is a Alien movie Mod and the Toxic mod!

The artist is Crimson Sky and he is behind this site:

The Ultimate Case Scenario (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/)

Ther you will find some info about this project and some others aswell. The other projects are really cool aswell. This guy is fenomenal at this!

i was never too enamoured of MST3K's humor, and actually liked watching the original versions of lots of those movies. yes, those movies were mostly pretty awful, but i'd rather just experience the awfulness without the puppets babbling nonstop in front row. to each his own. ;)

as for whether there were any other sci-fi comedy series, there've at least been a few. Lost In Space springs to mind-- Dr. Smith's antics in every episode were pure gold.

Ahhh.... Moding isnt about asking plastic factories to make custom cases, but about adding stuff yourself and buliding them with your own hands, any professional can make the ultimate modded, case but have lousey cooling and misserable performance. There is no particular skill in buying readily modded cases or having them made for you.

I thought Lexx was allot better before it became a series, back when Showtime was showing it as 2 hour movies, I think there were about 4 movies, then where the last movie ended the series started at.
The movies were 100 times better than the series ever was, for one thing, they could be rated R, and be more true, Lexx was a really rantchy comedy, and once it went broadcast cable, it had to cut the nudity, and language, and just was never the same.

And as for the box pc's, I like the XP box better, having a Red Hat box kinda defeats the purpose of Linux, It's meant to be a free open source O/S. And to have a box means you had to pay money for it, That my friends is what
Linuxiso.org (http://www.linuxiso.org) is for.. ;)

Actually isn't it like 2.95? You would be paying the price for the CDs only, and that helps people that can't download a full 650-700megs ISO (or in the case of redhat.... some 5 CDs).
