Can Connect But Can't Download

I'm able to successfuly connect using KL 2.4.3, but I cannot download anything. I am not sure if I am being blocked or if something is simply configured wrong. I don't personally own a router, so I doubt that that's the problem.

What do you mean you can't download? Can people upload from you? If so then you should be able to download, if not are you sure you can connect.

a where to start.....make shure your not acting as or forcing being a supernode. You may be connected to a dead/unfunctioning supernode-try jumping supernodes or loacalizing nodes. You also might try changing your incoming port to say 2000 or something different.
