What does it mean when it tells me I might have NAT problems....
Is there a way I can change it?

Is there any setting people recommend for azureus?

if you have a NAT enabled router, you may need to forward ports 6881-6889...if youre not sure about this, tell us how you connect to the internet (makes/models etc) and someone will try to help
