Does deleting files help increase/restore some of your computer's memory, Is there another way to do this???(without buying something)???thanx
P.S. Sry if this is a stupid question to you...:)

No, deleting files will save storage space on your hard drive, but not memory.
You can stop some programs from starting at boot up to save some memory. I use StartUp Control Panel (http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml) for that.
Some services can be disabled to save memory. Blackviper (http://www.blackviper.com/) has windows services configuration guides for this.
