Are you talking canadian or us dollars?

Cuz it would be better getting a regular 5600 (the XT is the 5600SE, which is a little worse than the regular 5600)

That Chaintech is 95, a regular 5600 and 128ddr. As I said on other thread, memory isn't what matters.

He showed you a good chaintec one before...the 5600 is better then the 5600XT or SE. Get the 5600 regular..its alright.

I haven't heard much of Chaintech. Have heard some good things about XFX though. The card looks nice :)

How much are you willing to pay?

a regular 5200 would beat a 5600xt so no its not a good deal, you should look at a ati 9600. same price as 5600 but most ppl in here will tell you it performs better

The 9600 is better then the 5600 , benchmark wise, which is the most important thing you can look at when comparing graphics cards. You can get the 9600 for $110. Or you can get the 9600Pro for $140. The pro would be much better for just $30. Out of the 9600 and the 5600 the 9600 wins though.

Edit: Fixed

can you link me to one of those benchmark that the 5600 beats the 9600 ? and benchmark isnt everyhting....its how it actually performs. every sytem is different so the benchmark isnt always true either..if you look for one card on google, im sure you find benchmark w/ different scores....on site, the 9600 does really bad on some games....on another site, the 9600 does decent to great.
