Are all the "bandwidth: 1 connections" dialup users sharing files?

Or how can one tell if a user is using a modem?

It's kind of hard to tell if a certian user is using a modem :unsure:

Slow download speed or low bandwidth ? Nah, source can have many uploads or low bandwidth set in options.
