How Do I Make A Vcd/svcd/kvcd Cd Image?

Ok, just encoded a movie into KVCD. And what I get is an mpeg file. Is there a program that can make the mpeg into an iso or bin/cue? Without burning it, that is.

yes
you can add as many as will fit on a disc
it does it all, just hit start and it makes bin/cue but I use it mainly for adding chapters
