thanx, the problem is that i had to reformat my computer so many times i'm gonna be more careful with wot do i delete and install.
1 last question:After uninstalling a programm,do the Register keys remain?
cuz that may be the reason why i always have low PC performance
thanx

depending on the software. but unfortunately uninstalling a software doesn't always delete all reg_keys. so some will still remain. and yes ... this maybe causes your system having low performance.
try to use a reg_cleaner, e.g. jv16 power_tools or search for other reg_cleaners.
manually searching the reg is also a possibility, but some keys will not be found under the name or companyname of the installed software.
so i suggest to use a reg_cleaner.
hope this helps

edit: i forgot the spyware:
i cannot answer this cause i do not know if you have software installed that "needs" the spyware, that means some software only runs with the spyware included in it.
but for me: i would delete this spyware and look for clean versions of the applications B)

just edited my post
also take a look on the applications which "autorun" at system starts. you can do this also with above mentioned jv16_ powertool and you can decide which progs you really want to run.

yes this is ok
... but: there are some software creating new keys in run or run_service, so for the next time you have it again running at sys start.
then maybe a registry_watcher like adwatch in adaware is helpful B)

My suggestion is to get rid of it ... I had this stuf also and its gone now with no problems with my programs...
Spybot s&d has a imminaize system that you can use also as well as a cleaning..
jv 16 power tools is a great reg cleaner too.
If getting rid of your junk and doing a defrag does not speed it up you can look at trying some stuff Here (http://php.technobabble.com.au/contentid-9.html) .. ;)
