if your drive supports it, just use a software with "overburn"
alcohol does it, i'm sure nero should too, but not sure

yup i have nero with the overburn feature,

but it still wont burn. It sez there is still not enough space on the cd to burn. 7

 how big is the disk?
and have you checked to see if your drive supports overburn?

use the cue file

the bin can be up to i think, 800 mb to be safely burned to a 700mb cd-r

yer...
if it's a bin/cue set it won't matter.
for burning purposes, they're measured by time length instead of MB, like an audio CD.

ok so heres the situation

1) I have 2 sets of .bins and .cues
cd 1 and cd 2

2) the cues are 1 kb

3) the bins are 759mb and 796mb

4) when i try burn the image using nero, i browse to the .cue's

5) it then sez unexpected file format

6) but i figured the .cues were stuffed so i downloaded another set off kazaa lite

7) then i loaded these, it enabled me to the next level without the "unexpected file format" error

8) but when i press BURN it comes up with a message like "Disc at once overburning option enabled

9) then it sez there is not enough space to burn this compilation onto this disk. Please insert another disc that provides more space.

actually, u should not encounter this "overburn" issue.

u see...eventhough the bins are more than 700mb...i can tell u that the excess spaces are just overheads. i've burned NFS:U before, and i know for sure.

or u can just try the alcohol 120%, it has an "Image Burning Wizard", easier to use.
btw, how did u manage to install it in the first place? u using any virtual cd software?

Are you sure you're using a 700MB CDR?

Nero is not "crap" by any means but, alcohol120% riens superior when it comes to burning bin/cue files.

I would try alcohol 120% as suggested above.

Peace

Uh I use both Alcohol and Nero. Can you tell me WHY alcohol is superior to nero when it comes to burning bin/cue files?

Well,... it is only my opinion and as my sig states, they all stink but, I have had a lot more success burning bin/cue files with alcohol 120% than with nero.

I have had a lot of errors with nero saying not enough space on this cd as where alcohol 120% has never given me this message (knock on wood). Now all I need to do is get alcohol 120% to burn .mpeg files.

Peace

Edit: spelling

Probably depends if you have overburn activated on Nero (and how much space of overburn it is taking).

Alcohol might use more space than Nero uses ;)
