hi ppl, I have found some free ultima online shards. Does this mean it is a server where you can play UO on for free?

Im an old UO player. Charter member. Sold account last year and when I saw the free shards, I thought I'd check them out. Most of them do allow you to play for free, but you can only create and play one char. They charge for additional chars. Never have gone back tho. Maybe someday...?
