Password? ERm, what kind of file is it? If it's a .zip file, there are programs available to try and crack the password - see Google (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=Zip+password+crack&meta=) - although you may want to simply try and message the person you dl'd it from.

or more importanly why people wast the time renaming files and sharing them

This as to be the RIPPED one again mine is 81.6 meg big and NO password I don't think this is the right one that you have,there was another post about this but I can't find it now.

If by some chance it is the same one <_< can&#39;t PM you the password for it as you are a new member and don&#39;t have 5 posts yet,plus posting on the board ISN&#39;T allowed.

All i did was google "rar password" and look what came up. really you could have done that.

The problem with password cracking is that the time it takes to crack the password could vary a lot. I know someone who took 3 days to crack a password, and someone else who just took 15 minutes to crack it.

But if this is the only way to get a password, then you have no other choice.
