wut is a good software 2 make SVCD without Encoding bcuz rite now im using Nero 6.0 and it encodes and that takes like almost 1 hour 2 encode

1.) It has to encode, it's changing the format

2.) Don't use nero to encode

you have to use an mpeg2 file if you want to burn it as an svcd. nero encodes it because it is not an mpeg2. if you have an mpg file already, try it as a vcd and see if it still encodes (likely it wont because if you are already using an mpg file, its probably a vcd since nero wants to encode when you try svcd). if the file is not an mpg, theres no way around it....you have to encode it if you want to burn it as an svcd.
